These terms apply to your use of our official website, https://irq-gate.iq, operated by Iraq Gate for Internet Services LLC (in Arabic: شركة بوابة العراق لخدمات الانترنت محدودة المسؤولية), trading as Iraq Gate (“Iraq Gate”, “we”, “us”). Information on the website

The website provides general information about Iraq Gate, our solutions, services and past projects. It is not an offer to supply any product or service. Specifications, availability, scope and prices are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Project descriptions and case studies describe work we have carried out and do not promise the same result for another project.

Inquiries, quotation requests and support tickets

  • Sending a contact form, a support ticket or an email is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, does not accept a quotation, and does not oblige either side to buy or supply anything.
  • Any quotation, project or service is governed only by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement that has been accepted in writing.
  • The support form is a way of contacting our team. On its own, it does not create a support or maintenance commitment or a guaranteed response time. Those apply only where they are set out in a separate agreement with you.
  • Please give accurate information, and only include other people’s personal data where you are entitled to share it.
  • Your private ticket-tracking link gives access to your ticket. Keep it private, and contact us if you think someone else has it.
